Young adult Catholics from throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago are invited to St. Bernadette to participate in South Side Theology-on-Tap, a summer speaker and discussion series. Sunday, July 12 will begin the first session of this very successful program.
For these four consecutive Sundays - July 12, 19, 26, and August 2 - young adults will gather for a discussion of the Catholic faith and spend time getting to know other young adults of faith. All four sessions begin at 6:00 p.m. with a free dinner and opportunity for socialization, with the speaker beginning at 6:30 p.m. It is great opportunity to meet people with similar values, and become updated on what it means to be an adult Catholic.
The Archdiocese of Chicago will host a closing event on Saturday, August 8 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Holy Name Cathedral with Archbishop Cupich as a guest speaker. Following the Archbishop's presentation, participants are welcome to stay for Mass at the cathedral at 5:15 p.m. and "
Nightfever" at 7:30 p.m.
Want to attend, but have young children? Don't worry. Child care is available for children ages 2 and up.
